In addition to using effective, gentle chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Ashley will incorporate functional exercises, use soft tissues techniques and provide nutritional counseling when necessary. She loves being able to help people in any way that she can and goes above and beyond to be there for her patients; helping them achieve their goals while creating authentic connection and community.

How did you become inspired to become a chiropractor?

I was inspired to become a Chiropractor in my own personal journey of overcoming illness. I grew tired of the current medical model of drugs and surgery and years of being under care with little to no resolution.  I wanted a better approach to my health care and most importantly, I wanted my life back. This desire in me lead to me finding Chiropractic and holistic medicine. I finally had the answers that I was searching for and, though it took time, was able to achieve optimal health. I got my life back and am forever grateful. Due to this incredible journey, I have developed a deep passion and love for Chiropractic and holistic medicine and would love nothing more than to help people, naturally and effectively.

What is a unique service or technique you offer?

My adjusting style is very similar to Dr. Christine’s. I use a gentle, effective approach to the body, that is specific to each individual, to release pressure on the soft tissues and align the structures throughout the body. This approach alleviates pain/inflammation and restores the person’s health. My service is unique because I look at the person holistically and I work, together with that individual, in coming up with the best way for them to stay healthy and active as well as meeting their goals. A unique service that I offer is NET. NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) is a scientifically proven stress reduction tool to improve mind and body stress-related symptoms. Using NET, I will find and remove neurological imbalances related to the physiology of unresolved stress patterns.

Dr. Ashley Freidel is seeing Thriving Life Wellness Patients, Mondays 9-1, and 3-7pm Tuesdays 7-10am, and Weds 7-10 am and 3-7pm and can be booked via our regular online schedule.  You may used existing package credits with her for your follow up visits.
