Ashley Mechling, MA is an herbalist and tender of women’s sacred, ever-revealing and wise psycho-emotional landscapes. Her medicine offerings are born from deeply tracking elemental rhythms where the body and nature intertwine.

She has over 900 hrs physiology-based education in clinical western herbalism as well as close study with lineage holders of traditional Vedic Science, including Ayurveda, yoga asana and pranayama. Interested in the root cause of imbalance, Ashley’s holistic approach to healthcare is client-centered and informed by her master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology, emphasis on body-centered therapies.

She strives to empower her clients to listen deeply to their bodies via two streams–intuition and critical thinking. Ashley works with a variety of conditions such as: psychological & emotional imbalances, gut/digestive issues, insomnia, sexual difficulties, fertility challenges, allergies, anxiety, stress, depression, grief, immunity, eczema & acne and other skin conditions, migraines, irregular menstrual cycles, painful periods, autoimmune conditions, adrenal burnout, and many more.        

She’ll be co-teaching a class at Thriving Life Wellness: “Winter Self-Care Practices with Herbal Medicine” on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 6:30-8:30pm– $20.
